Let's Discuss! Isabelle!
Isabelle (or Shizue) is an anthropomorphic dog in the game "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" for the Nintendo 3DS. As such, she appears as a tiny dog person with mainly yellow fur. Her ears and the top of her bun are a darker, golden yellow, and her muzzle and the tip of her tail are notably white.
As the in-game character model shows, there actually isn't much to tell from it. Still, a running theme of "Animal Crossing" is showing every character around the same height with certain animals standing shorter or taller than others. That doesn't change the fact that most everything is small in animal towns. For a better idea of Isabelle herself though for RP purposes, we'll turn to fanart.

The observant individual will notice that she's a Shih-Tzu, a toy dog breed known for their floppy ears and long silky fur that needs to be well-maintained otherwise have it end up unreasonably matted. Often, when it grows long enough, some fur on the top will be stylized up into a hairtie or bow. Her Japanese name 'Shizue' can be derived from Shih-Tzu, but the name can also be interpreted as "quiet branch", describing the peaceful Animal Crossing town. As for the name 'Isabelle', it's generally believed it comes from her head resembling a bag of Bells - the game currency - but also can describe the bells she wears on her red ribbon holding her hair up.
Because of her breed, Isabelle is a smaller citizen, standing at about 120 cm (3' 11") which is about the size of a small child. As an organized individual, she maintains both her appearance and work space, keeping clean and groomed, and sticking to a general uniform that changes with the seasons unless it's a holiday. In Spring and Summer, this uniform consists of a blue-and-green plaid knit sweater top, a white button-up shirt beneath, and a navy skirt. During Fall and Winter, she puts on a golden brown sweater. As like every other animal citizen, she doesn't wear shoes; instead, like her dog self, she stands on paws, and her hands are padded.
Her voice, in-game, is described as 'Peppy' or 'Perky' which plays into her personality; friendly, excitable, but also quick to apologize for things even if it's not her fault. As such as well, her voice is chipper and bouncy, and vocally, of a higher pitch. However, for a more normal voice, consider Emily Jones in MondoPony's song.
